Dietary Concerns
Vegetarian
We have vegetarian options available for every meal.
Nut-free
Goshen dining facilities are peanut and nut free.
Goshen is not a nut-free location. Campers may bring in nuts from outside and some foods in our Trading Post contain or are processed with nuts.
As of 2018, we have not carried peanut butter in the dining hall. Our peanut butter equivalent is a nut-free option.
Gluten-Free
We have gluten-free products available at camp.
Lactose Intolerant
All our camps have soy or almond milk available.
We can also provide cheese-free options for meals.
Other Dietary Concerns
If your Scout has a dietary concern or a combination of dietary concerns not listed above or severe dietary concerns, we encourage you to bring some or all of your own food. Please check our ingredients list against the menu for your camp and let us know what your Scout can and cannot eat. Below, you’ll find downloadable menus which you can edit to meet the needs of your Scout. In some cases, we’ll have substitutions available at camp and in others we can store the food you bring so it is available to your Scout.
