There are two options for creating a registration: make an account or continue as a guest. Regardless, you’ll still be able to access your registration. Need to get back into your registration?
Camperships & Vouchers
We will be accepting Popcorn Vouchers and will also have camperships available.
If you plan on applying for a campership for a youth, please DO NOT pay the full amount right away. Voucher codes will be sent out after camperships are awarded.
Sign up for MBs
Scouts need to be paid in full before they can sign up for the various programs, such as Merit Badges.
Credit Card Service Charge
Due to a change in policy in our Council, there is now a service charge for credit cards when registering for camp and other events. There is no service charge for e-checks.

Refund Policy
Refund Requests:
- On or before August 10: A refund of 85% of registration costs will be granted by request through our Refund Request online form.
- After August 10: Registration costs will be forfeited.
Note on Family Camping: Should National Capital Area Council be forced by the COVID-19 virus or an unforeseen disaster to cancel the Family Camping aspect of the Homecamping program, participants will receive a 100% refund on Family Camping fees.
Camperships
The Campership Committee will convene and make award designations. If you plan on applying for a campership for a youth, please DO NOT pay the full amount right away. Voucher codes will be sent out after camperships are awarded.

Online Registration opens on June 5 at 9am! Please make sure you have read the quick facts before registering!
Homecamping Fees cover both the weeklong program as well as a weekend Family Camp for the Scout.
Please sign the Scout up for Homecamping first, before signing them up with your family for Family Camp in order to not overpay.
Webelos Program & Scouts BSA Program
At Goshen Scout Reservation and Camp Snyder
All Scouts BSA Homecamping Programs are full at this time. You can still sign up for waitlists until 7/19 (Wk 4) and 7/26 (Wk 5).
The Webelos Homecamping Program still has space available. The last day to sign up is 7/19.
Summer Family Camp is still open to all. The last day to sign up for a weekend is 7/24.
