Part C is valid through the end of the 12th month from the date it was administered by your medical provider. BSA Medical Forms and other helpful forms and information can be found in the Forms & Downloads section on your camps page as well as atwww.gotogoshen.org/forms.
Dietary Restrictions
As you are registering your scouts for camp, please indicate their dietary restrictions in their registration! This will help our food service staff anticipate ordering needs for each week at Goshen.
